The People & Culture Business Partner partners with program leaders to deliver people strategies that support workforce growth, organisational change, and program success. You will provide trusted advice across workforce planning, employee relations, and leadership capability, helping build a high-performing workforce in a complex project environment.

The Head of Strategy, Planning & Change shapes the integration of strategy, planning, and change across ANI, ensuring organisational priorities are aligned and delivered effectively. Working closely with Executives, you will drive enterprise performance, strengthen planning and reporting frameworks, and provide strategic leadership to support informed decision-making and successful organisational outcomes.
